Small Groups
WHAT are Small Groups?
- On-Campus small groups – These groups meet on-campus on Sunday mornings at the RiverStone Campus at 9:30 am, and are always open for guests. Just pick out a group that best fits your season of life or need, and visit around until you find one that feels like home. Then begin attending that group regularly. These groups offer programming opportunities for your children, birth through high school should you need it.
- Off-Campus small groups – These groups meet in homes around our ministry area, or other venues that allow people to do life together. These groups primarily focus on a specific topic or study to dig deeper together in walking with Jesus. These groups are open for guests as well.
WHY Small Groups?
- Small groups are vital to accomplishing the vision God has given to His Church. As we gather together in community in small groups, we do life together, we learn together, we pray together, we strengthen each other, we sharpen one another, and we love one another all for the purpose of spreading the gospel in our neighborhoods and in all nations. We see Jesus model this example during his ministry by gathering to himself a group of 12 men, investing in them together, and sending them out to do ministry in order to spread the gospel.
HOW can I join a Small Group?
- You can come on Sundays at 9:30 am and check a group out. If that one doesn’t work, then come the next week and check another group out. Or you can call the church office for information about our men’s group, women’s group, or weekly adult groups.
